1-GENERAL 

Before proceeding with the confirmation of the order it is the responsibility of the purchaser to read the following general sales conditions provided by Lanzani DSGN and accept them. Before completing the purchase, the buyer must review the specifications of the products shown. The purchase is considered concluded when Lanzani DSGN sends a confirmation email to the customer. The email contains the customer's information, the price of the products purchased and their characteristics in addition to the delivery costs and delivery address. Furthermore, the photographs of the products presented on www.lanzaniwoodputter.com must not be considered as a contractual element, as they are exclusively representative.

2-PRICES OF PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING

All sales prices indicated on Lanzaniwoodputter.com are indicated in Euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the price, but are indicated and calculated during the conclusion of the purchase process before payment. As for Italy we offer a free shipping service while for Europe the shipping is 15 euros.

3-PAYMENT

Payment is available through the following methods: Paypal and bank transfer.

4- DELIVERY TIMES

The products listed on the Lanzaniwoodputter.com website will be delivered within a maximum period of 20 working days from the date on which the order is accepted. Delivery times are approximate, Lanzani DSGN undertakes to respect them. However, delivery delays do not lead to the cancellation or refund of the order and will not indicate any type of compensation.

5- THE PUTTER

Lanzani DSGN undertakes to describe and present the products sold on the site in the best possible way. However, there may be differences between the product presented on the web and the actual product, due to the natural consequences of the material used. In fact, each wood, being a 100% natural material, has unique and different veins and aesthetic elements.

6- COMPLAINTS

In case of a complaint or any doubts do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail. Lanzani DSGN will take charge of the request to arrive at a friendly solution in a short time.

7- RETURNS AND WARRANTY

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, unused items can be returned for model change or measurement within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This surrender procedure is valid only for non-customized products.

A customized product is made by us at the express request and will of the ordering customer and therefore will be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Each product must be returned with all the original packaging and accessories received with the order.
